To vote in the City of Knoxville Primary election, you must be a resident or property owner in the geographic boundaries of the City of Knoxville . Knoxnews and the TV stations all have the same problem. People not from here trying to report the news and they are to lazy to do the research. They do things like say “the Kingston Highway” instead of Kingston Pike. It is really pathetic.
